The ANTT learning package familiarises staff with the standardised technique that is used during clinical procedures to prevent microbial contamination of "key parts and key sites"

Aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT) is a standardised technique that is used during clinical procedures to prevent microbial contamination of “key parts and key sites” by ensuring they are not touched either directly or indirectly.

The aim of ANTT for invasive procedures or maintenance of invasive medical devices is always asepsis.

100% of Clinical Staff must successfully complete the ANTT educational learning package annually.
