Delivering Best Care within the complexity of our health system is not always easy. We would like to recognise the provision of Best Care by staff working at Sunshine Hospital Radiology. We share these words sent to us by Diane as she reflects on her recent episode of care.
I would like to express my thanks for my great experience on Sunday 6th December at 1.15pm.
The two MRI technicians, Janet and Sebastian, were professional as well as caring and worked really hard to provide me with the safety that I required as my first MRI there three years ago was such a traumatic experience.
Please let the MRI Manager know how happy I was with my appointment. It’s important great technicians such as Janet and Sebastian are acknowledged.
