Delivering Best Care within the complexity of our health system is not always easy. We would like to recognise the provision of Best Care by Western Health staff working in the Sunshine Hospital Emergency Department. Hi there,
I recently visited Emergency at Sunshine Hospital with chest pains. In these challenging times and without a floater this magnificent group of people who looked after me did so with fantastic professionalism, efficiency and above all with a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. I can’t commend these hard working people high enough. Right from the triage nurse, the attending nurse, the doctor, the ALS, the radiographer and orderlies. All treated me with respect and a great attitude.
